For architects, designers and builders

Architect & builder partners

Get introduced to homeowners who already know what fits their lot. We're building the partner list now.

LotUpside screens California backyards for ADUs: zoning, setbacks, what fits, rough cost and rent. Reports are live in Sacramento, San Jose, unincorporated Sacramento County, City of Los Angeles, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, City of San Diego and El Monte, and intros will start there.

When it launches

Homeowner intros

When a homeowner in your area asks for a designer or builder, we introduce you, with their lot report attached. We share their details only when they ask for an intro.

Lot reports for your clients

Run a LotUpside check on a prospect's lot before the first site visit, and share the report with them.

How we review partners

We look at your recent ADU work before any intro, so the questions below ask where you've worked and, for builders, one or two ADUs you've built. We check those addresses against public permit records only and never contact the homeowners. Joining the list costs nothing, and you'll see the terms before any intro.
